Job Overview

It is a full-time job that requires you to be physically present at work.

Our company is looking for someone with a degree from a university or polytechnic and at least two years of working experience.

The job is in Abuja, and the field is real estate. The monthly pay ranges from ₦100,000 to ₦150,000. You will be working five days a week, mostly on weekdays.

This role needs someone who clearly understands how real estate works within Abuja. It is not a job for someone who is just guessing or learning for the first time.

The company needs a person who knows Abuja’s neighborhoods, clusters, estates, and the different road networks.

If you do not already know the fast-growing areas, the older districts, the land corridors, and the places that people should avoid due to land issues, then this role will be difficult to handle.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • The must have practical knowledge of land verification within the Federal Capital Territory. It is not about reading things online or talking to someone who has done it before.
  • You must have physically gone through the process yourself. You should be able to guide a client from the beginning to the end of the verification steps used by the FCDA.
  • Should also be quick to spot warning signs when you visit a site or when documents look suspicious.
  • If verification is something you only know in theory, this role will not be a good match.
  • You will carry out land visits and inspect properties across different parts of the FCT.
  • You will go to sites, walk around the land, check boundaries, observe the environment, and take note of anything that may affect a buyer’s decision.
  • You will also follow up with verification agencies, local authorities, and all the offices that handle records, approvals, and confirmations.
  • The company needs someone who can handle this without stress and without relying completely on others.
  • Be a good tutor to guide clients. When someone shows interest in a property, you should be able to talk confidently about that location.
  • You must know what is happening there, why the value is rising or dropping, what future developments are planned, and what kind of risks exist.
  • Clients need someone who can explain things in simple, accurate terms. You should not mislead them or give information that is outdated.
  • To do this job well, you must keep learning about Abuja’s real estate spaces. New places grow every day, and some areas lose value over time.
  • Must be the kind of person who pays attention to these changes. The company will rely on you to stay updated.
  • You must also communicate clearly. Good communication will help you when working with clients, verification departments, and your own colleagues.
  • You should be able to follow up quickly and give feedback without being reminded.

(One of the main requirements is that you must already be living in Abuja).

Important Notes

The company is not open to considering people outside the city because the job requires someone who can move around easily.

They also want someone who can start work without delay. If you need weeks to settle things before resuming, then it may not work.

You must have real experience with FCT land verification. You should understand the process, the offices to visit, the documents needed, the red flags to avoid, and the timelines involved.

It is important that you already know the different districts in Abuja. This includes places like Gwarinpa, Wuse, Lugbe, Lokogoma, Kubwa, Garki, Apo, Jahi, Katampe, Dawaki, and other growing corridors.

You should also know the estates, layouts, and communities so you can speak confidently about them.

We expect you to work five days a week, though you may need to adjust your schedule sometimes based on property inspections or client needs.

You should be comfortable negotiating, explaining details, and handling discussions calmly. If you have strong communication skills and can negotiate well, it will help you succeed in this role.

This job is best for someone who enjoys fieldwork, understands property matters, and has a strong interest in helping clients make safe and informed decisions.

Salary Increase

The salary will be reviewed after three months. This means the company will look at your performance, the amount of work you have done, and how reliable you have been.

If you perform well, your salary will be increased.

It is also a good opportunity for people who want to grow within the real estate industry and improve their skills in land verification, client handling, and property assessment.

Working in Abuja’s real estate sector requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify both risks and opportunities.

Each district has its own unique features, and a good representative must be aware of them.

For example;

Some areas grow very fast due to new roads or ongoing government projects, while others may face issues such as disputes, unclear ownership, or delays in approvals.

This job needs someone who can understand these differences and explain them easily to clients.

As a representative, you will be the link between the company and the clients.

Your guidance will help people avoid mistakes and choose the right properties. Because land and property are major investments, the role is important and demands responsibility.

How to Apply

If you believe you fit the description and you are ready to start immediately, then this position could be a great match for you.

To apply, you must send your CV. They also want a short note where you talk briefly about your experience with land verification and how familiar you are with different parts of Abuja.

Make sure you mention real experiences you have had, not general claims. The company wants only serious applicants. If you do not meet the requirements, they do not recommend applying.

To apply, visit the application link provided by the company on their page. Only candidates who meet the conditions should submit their details.
