  • Plan and run marketing campaigns, ensuring each campaign achieves its intended purpose.
  • Prepare contract templates and send agreements out for electronic signatures.
  • Learn and complete tasks needed to keep the company’s international real estate operations running well.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on payment deadlines using PayPal.
  • Create a network by connecting with local real estate agents in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
  • Reach out to real estate marketing companies in the same cities and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Present the company’s services formally to investors while explaining how the business operates.
  • Respond to client messages and inquiries across social media platforms.
  • Work with the Managing Director to set quarterly and yearly goals, and consistently strive to exceed them.
  • Research properties based on investor needs and complete additional research tasks when required.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualified Persons Must Be:

  • Someone who takes initiative and works confidently as a remote employee.
  • A professional with proven experience in managing or assisting with a real estate business, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • A multi-tasker who handles several responsibilities while delivering quality results.
  • Based in Lagos or Abuja. Lagos applicants are preferred because certain errands for the CEO may be required.
  • A person familiar with working with high-net-worth individuals and meeting their expectations.
  • Someone with a strong, stable internet connection for virtual meetings and online tasks.
  • A person with a reliable phone and laptop suitable for professional use.
  • Open to receiving training that will support strong performance in the role.
