2024 Courses Offered In Federal Polytechnic Nekede : The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede is a Federal Government-owned higher institution located in Nekede, a town in Imo State. The establishment of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, was stimulated by the need for trained manpower in Science, Engineering and Technology to promote sustainable industrial and economic development in the country. 

Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State has been officially accredited by the National Board For Technical  Education (NBTE) Nigeria.

General Admission Requirements

  1.  Candidates awaiting results are not qualified to apply 
  2. Candidates must have at least five O’level credits in relevant subjects which must be obtained in not more than two sittings. English and mathematics are compulsory in all courses.  
  3. Combining NABTEB with WAEC or NECO is not acceptable. NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB while NECO can be combined with WAEC.
